Privacy Policy
When you place an order with us, we may request your name, billing address, shipping address, check, credit card number/expiration date, and email address. We consider this information to be private, and we keep this information secure to protect it from outside parties. We use the information only for the limited purposes of processing your orders, administering our site, notifying you of products or special offers that may be of interest to you (only if you select to be included on our mailing list). We do not share your private information with anyone.
Delivery Clauses
By accepting our delivery checklist customer not only accepts delivery of all pieces indicated, but agrees that the conditions of the merchandise at the time of delivery is satisfactory. Custer, with the help of an authorized D.C. BARBER & COMPANY team member, should inventory and carefully inspect all items to determine that they are free from damage of any kind. D.C. BARBER & COMPANY is not liable for damage as a result of poor craftsmanship or manufacturing defects. Customer understands that after delivery has been made, and a signature obtained, D.C. BARBER & COMPANY is not longer responsible, in any capacity, for D.C. Barber & Company or to the customer. When applicable, payment is expected in full upon completion of the services and signing below indicated that customer is aware of its obligation.
Returns
If a non-custom order has arrived but you do not want to accept it for any reason you have 7 days after delivery to declare it. Please call us at 678-437-6767 immediately. No orders will be accepted back without prior authorization by D.C. Barber & Company. The refund for your order in the full amount of your order less all delivery charges and a 25% restocking fee to accept the return of the item by the manufacturer will be processed to you after the item is received back by the warehouse.
Please, do not assemble furniture that you might be returning since furniture assembled by customer cannot be accepted under any circumstances.
Products not excluded for return, must be in original condition and packaging; otherwise, additional charges may be applied. Also, certain products cannot be returned because neither we, nor, our suppliers can take them back. If you have any questions about whether a product can be returned, please call us at 678-437-6767.
Added to sales order and invoice and attached as a packet on the final shipment.
Cancellation Policy:
When custom orders are placed, we initiate the sequence of events, which ultimately results in you receiving product of your choice. When your products are custom ordered, at the very beginning at this sequence D.C. Barber & Company and its respective customer become financially obligated to purchase and pay for the ordered product. We at D.C. Barber & Company try to remain the most customer friendly furniture process and will attempt to assist you in cancellation of your order. We will contact the manufacturer and make all the necessary arrangements, but unfortunately even we are not able to cancel any orders, which have been already sent to production, prepared for shipment or actually shipped by the manufacturer. Please, note that even if the tracking number is not available to you or us at the time you request cancellation of your order, it may actually be already too late. We will contact you immediately after the manufacturer advises us of whether we can cancel your order or not, but is highly unlikely in a custom order. Throughout the ordering process you will be prompted to check the box reading: "I agree in full to terms and conditions of sale by D.C. Barber & Company". By checking this box you agree to accept in full all terms and conditions listed on D.C. Barber & Company including our Cancellation Policy and such acceptance will be considered the customer’s legal signature.
Refund Policy:
If a non-custom order has been delivered to your location and you do not want to accept it for any reason you have 7 days after delivery to declare this. Please call us at 678-437-6767 immediately and we will arrange the pick up. No orders will be accepted back without prior authorization by D.C. Barber & Company. The refund for your order in the full amount of your order less all delivery charges and a 25% restocking fee to accept the return of the item by the manufacturer will be processed to you within 30 days of receipt back into our warehouse. Some items may incur a longer processing time and when such instances occur you will be notified upon the receipt of your item.
Custom Furniture Policy:
Delivery Time: Please allow 6-8 business weeks for your order to arrive. Your order will leave our Atlanta, GA warehouse via local delivery services that will deliver your furniture to the designated location. If the items you selected will take more than 6-8 weeks to arrive we will contact you as soon as we are aware of this situation and will email you a new date. Please note that in the event of a holiday season your delivery may take longer than expected.
